Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AI Tech Ledger, including its articles, guides, reviews, resources, downloads, and related features. In these Terms, “AI Tech Ledger,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website and its operator, and “you” refers to each visitor or user.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using AI Tech Ledger, you agree to these Terms and to any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the website only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and involvement.
3. Informational nature of the website
AI Tech Ledger provides general information about artificial intelligence, technology, software, digital products, and related subjects. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, investment, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional, fiduciary, or advisory relationship.
Technology changes quickly, and content may become outdated. Before acting, verify important information using current official documentation, original sources, qualified professionals, and your own testing. You remain responsible for your decisions, systems, data, and results.
4. Downloads and third-party resources
The website may link to downloads, software, code repositories, tools, websites, advertisements, or services operated by third parties. Third parties control their own content, terms, privacy practices, security, availability, and updates. A link does not mean that we control or accept responsibility for the linked resource.
Before downloading or installing anything, review its source, license, permissions, system requirements, and security implications. Use appropriate malware protection, keep backups, test in a safe environment, and do not grant unnecessary access. You assume the risks associated with third-party resources to the extent permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful material, or attempt to disrupt the website or another system;
- probe, scan, bypass, or defeat security, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions without authorization;
- scrape, crawl, copy, or access the website through automated means in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load or circumvents instructions;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or use the website for fraud, spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance;
- collect personal data from the website without a lawful basis and required permission; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.
Reasonable use of standard search engine indexing and ordinary personal browsing is not prohibited by this section.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, graphics, design, organization, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AI Tech Ledger and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from protected website content without prior permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license. Quotations with fair attribution may be used where legally permitted.
7. User submissions
If the website allows comments, feedback, files, messages, or other submissions, you retain your rights in them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute a submission as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the website, subject to applicable law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the material and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data, or material you are not authorized to share. We may moderate, refuse, or remove submissions, but we are not required to monitor all submissions.
8. Copyright reports
If you believe material on the website infringes your copyright, email contact@aitechledger.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL and description of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a report. Knowingly false reports may have legal consequences.
9. Affiliate links and sponsored content
Some content may include affiliate links, advertisements, free products, sponsorships, or other commercial relationships. Where applicable, we may receive compensation if you click a link or complete a purchase, at no additional cost to you. We aim to identify sponsored or affiliate relationships clearly when required. Compensation does not guarantee a favorable opinion or result. You should evaluate products independently and review the seller’s terms before purchasing.
10. Availability and changes to the website
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent storage, error-free operation, or universal compatibility. Maintenance, security events, third-party failures, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Keep copies of material you need.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that content, recommendations, code, downloads, or third-party resources will be safe, error-free, suitable, or effective. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. Any warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded remains in effect.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tech Ledger and those involved in operating the website will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to the website, content, downloads, third-party services, or these Terms, even if advised that such harm is possible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Your rights may vary by jurisdiction.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Tech Ledger and those involved in operating it from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, your submissions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or harmed the website or others. Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the website at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, our practices, technology, or law. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. Material changes may be highlighted through the website where reasonable. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the website.
16. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right. These Terms do not create third-party beneficiary rights unless expressly stated.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of AI Tech Ledger, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. No specific court or venue is designated by these Terms. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms, permission requests, and legal notices may be sent to contact@aitechledger.com.
